Rancang Bangun Alat Pasteurisasi Susu Tenaga Surya Menggunakan Sistem Kolektor Surya dan Pengukur Suhu Berbasis Sensor DS18B20 Waterproof

Telah dibuat alat pasteurisasi susu tenaga surya menggunakan sistem kolektor surya dan pengukur suhu berbasis sensor DS18B20 waterproof. Aplikasi pasteurisasi yang diterapkan adalah pasteurisasi metode LTLT (Low Temperature Long Time), yaitu proses pasteurisasi dengan memanaskan susu pada suhu 60oC-65oC yang dipertahankan minimal selama 30 menit. Perancangan alat terdiri dari perancangan kolektor surya, pelat absorber, dan tangki pasteurisasi kemudian dilanjutkan pada proses pembuatan alat. Selain itu, alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem pengukur suhu menggunakan sensor DS18B20 waterproof pada tangki pasteurisasi, kolektor surya, dan lingkungan. Data yang diambil berupa suhu pada kolektor surya, tangki pasteurisasi, dan lingkungan. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, suhu pasteurisasi yang dihasilkan oleh alat sebesar 63oC sampai 65oC. Efisiensi kolektor rata-rata sebesar 46,7% sedangkan efisiensi kolektor total sebesar 44%. Berdasarkan hasil uji fisik, susu pasteurisasi dapat bertahan selama 8 jam pada suhu ruang (28oC-32oC) dan 7 hari pada suhu pendingin ( ±10oC). Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji bakteri, nilai ALT dan koliform pada susu pasteurisasi telah memenuhi standar Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) tahun 2016 dan tidak terdapat cemaran bakteri Escherichia coli.
