Estimasi Curah Hujan Di Kota Pontianak Berdasarkan Suhu, Ketebalan dan Tekanan Puncak Awan

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai estimasi curah hujan berdasarkan tekanan, suhu dan ketebalan puncak awan untuk studi kasus Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik jenis awan di Kota Pontianak dan pengaruhnya terhadap curah hujan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data curah hujan yang dikorelasikan terhadap tiga variabel yaitu suhu, ketebalan dan tekanan puncak awan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu jenis awan yang paling banyak di Kota Pontianak pada tahun 2015 dan 2016 adalah jenis awan tinggi yaitu jenis Cirrostratus. Persentase jenis awan Cirrostratus pada tahun 2015 sebesar 41% dan tahun 2016 sebesar 49%. Hasil korelasi antara suhu puncak awan, ketebalan puncak awan, dan tekanan puncak awan terhadap curah hujan secara berturut-turut sebesar -0,29, -0,35 dan 0,41 menunjukkan korelasi rendah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketebalan puncak awan berpengaruh terhadap curah hujan karena semakin tebal awan yang terbentuk maka kemungkinan besar akan terjadi hujan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,41.References
