Otomatisasi Suhu dan Waktu pada Thermal Milling Machine Berbasis Mikrokontroler

Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dilakukan otomatisasi sistem berupa suhu dan waktu pada thermal milling machine berbasis mikrokontroler. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukan bahwa alat dapat mengukur suhu dengan error maksimal sebesar 3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat dapat bekerja dengan baik dan stabil. Perancangan sistem menggunakan beberapa komponen utama, yaitu sensor suhu termokopel, RTC, dan mikrokontroler ATMega328. Pengujian alat dilakukan dengan memberi input suhu dan waktu pada thermal milling machine. Sistem yang dirancang dapat mengatur suhu dari 35oC sampai 300oC dengan waktu kerja alat hingga 120 menit.
