Analisis Potensi Energi Matahari Menggunakan Data Lama Penyinaran Matahari (LPM) Kota Pontianak

Telah dilakukan analisis potensi energi matahari menggunakan data lama penyinaran matahari (LPM) kota Pontianak, untuk mengetahui hubungan lama penyinaran matahari dan intensitas radiasi matahari terhadap pergerakan semu matahari dan akibatnya. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data dan perhitungan data, yang meliputi data lama penyinaran matahari, data intensitas radiasi, data temperatur dan data kelembaban yang dicatat dan didokumentasikan oleh BMKG Supadio Pontianak. Dengan menggunakan instrumen Campbell-Stokes yang terdiri dari kertas pias yang telah terbagi: bumi utara (300 lembar), khatulistiwa (200 lembar), bumi selatan (300 lembar) dan AWS (Automatic Weather Station) yang telah terpasang secara digital untuk pengukuran intensitas radiasi matahari. Selanjutnya dari data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung dengan menggunakan persamaan Penman-Monteith. Hasilnya berupa data rata-rata penyinaran selama 8 jam pada wilayah Kota Pontianak dan data rata-rata hubungan antara temperatur dan kelembaban udara. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan diperoleh potensi energi matahari rata-rata mencapai lebih dari 60% dan lama penyinaran matahari sekitar 2-4 jam per hari.
