PROTOTIPE SISTEM PENGOLAH OTOMATIS AIR SUMUR BOR MENGGUNAKAN MIKROKONTROLER ATMEGA 328P

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai sistem pengolah otomatis air sumur bor menggunakan Mikrokontroler ATmega 328P. Sistem yang dibuat secara garis besar terdiri atas Mikrokontroler ATmega 328P, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, sensor pH, sensor kekeruhan, dan modul relay 2 channel. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan filter air yang terdiri dari pasir halus, pasir kerang, batu kerikil, ijuk, arang, kain, dan spons filter air. Pengujian alat dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu pengujian masing-masing sensor dan pengujian alat keseluruhan. Untuk menguji validitas pengukuran, hasil pengukuran sensor pH buatan dibandingkan dengan senseline plus kit pH/ion/ °C meter. Demikian pula untuk sensor kekeruhan buatan, hasil pengukurannya dibandingkan dengan turbidity meter portable 2100Q Hach. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, sensor pH memiliki hasil rata-rata error sebesar 1,781% dan sensor kekeruhan memiliki hasil rata-rata error sebesar 3,379%. Pengujian sistem keseluruhan dilakukan dengan 9 jenis sampel. Sampel utama adalah air sumur bor. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem dapat mengolah air sumur bor menjadi lebih baik dengan nilai pH dari 5,58 berubah menjadi 7,54. Tingkat kekeruhan mengalami perubahan dari 78,46 NTU menjadi 2,77 NTU. Secara keseluruhan sistem yang dirancang dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam melakukan pengolahan air sumur bor secara otomatis.References
