Kajian Tingkat Kenyamanan Berdasarkan Suhu Udara, Kelembapan OLR (Outgoing Longwave Radiation) dan Angin

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan berdasarkan temperatur dan kelembapan di wilayah Paloh, Siantan dan Ketapang. Mengidentifikasi faktor"“faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan seperti Outgoing Longwave Radiation (OLR) dan kecepatan angin dengan metode Heat Indeks yang menggunakan rumus multiple regresi antara suhu udara dan kelembapan serta menganalisis korelasi pengaruh OLR dan kecepatan angin terhadap tingkat kenyamanan. Hasil analisis kajian ini diketahui bahwa berdasarkan nilai Temperatur dan Kelembapan serta nilai Heat Index (HI) yang termasuk dalam kategori "Panas" terjadi hanya pada bulan Mei di Paloh, Siantan dan Ketapang. Korelasi antara nilai HI dan OLR di Paloh sebesar 0,59 di Siantan sebesar 0,49 dan di Ketapang sebesar -0,15. Sedangkan korelasi antara HI dan kecepatan angin di Paloh sebesar 0,01 di Siantan sebesar -0,67 dan di Ketapang sebesar -0,53. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa di Paloh faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap nilai HI adalah OLR, sedangkan di Siantan dan Ketapang faktor yang paling mempengaruhi nilai HI adalah kecepatan angin.
