Identifikaso Keberadaan Gas Biogenik Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik Tahanan Jenis 2D di Stasiun Klimatologi Kelas II Kecamatan Jongkat Kabupaten Mempawah

Penelitian mengenai identifikasi keberadaan gas dibawah permukaan dangkal dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik konfigurasi wenner-schlumberger telah dilakukan di Stasiun Klimatologi Kelas II Jongkat. Identifikasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 5 lintasan geolistrik dan pengolahan data menggunakan res2dinv. Hasil pengambilan data pada 5 lintasan memiliki nilai resistivitas 0,2 Ωm hingga 100 Ωm di interpretasikan sebagai lempung dan nilai resistivitas batuan 100 Ωm hingga 285 Ωm di interpretasikan sebagai pasir dengan kedalaman yang beragam. Material yang memicu adanya gas biogenik adalah endapan gambut, gambut adalah bahan organik setengah lapuk yang terakumulasi di permukaan tanah. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan lapisan penampung gas (Reservoar). Material yang di duga sebagai tempat penampung atau penyimpan gas adalah pasir. Dimana penampung gas ini tidak dapat keluar karena di apit oleh lapisan yang memiliki permeabelitas yang sangat rendah yaitu lempung.References
