Analisis Dinamika Respons Optis Semiconductor Quantun Dots Three Level Sistem Bertipe Lamda

Telah dilakukan penelitian secara teoretik pada SQD three level sistem bertipe lamda untuk menentukan respons optis yang muncul ketika sistem disinari laser pada intensitas tertentu. Penyelesaian SQD secara analitik menggunakan persamaan density matrix menghasilkan persamaan diferesial tergandeng, selanjutnya persamaan density matrix diselesaikan secara numerik menggunakan metode Runge-Kutta Fehlberg (RKF 45). Dari metode ini diperoleh nilai populasi dan koheren dari elemen density matrix yang digunakan untuk menghitung respons optis pada SQD. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada intensitas rendah osilasi populasi keadaan dasar hanya dapat terjadi ketika frekuensi keadaan saling beresonansi. Sedangkan populasi pada keadaan yang tidak beresonansi akan menunjukkan osilasi yang tidak jelas. Selain itu peningkatan intensitas yang diberikan oleh cahaya juga mempengaruhi osilasi populasi, semakin besar intensitas yang diberikan maka semakin besar amplitudo osilasi yang dihasilkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan frekuensi Rabi seiring meningkatnya intensitas cahaya datang yang diberikan.
