Desain Algoritma K-means Clustering untuk Klasifikasi Kematangan Jeruk Siam Pontianak

Jeruk siam Pontianak adalah salah satu komoditas unggulan di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat yang cita rasa manisnya berasal dari kandungan gula pada daging buah. Pemilihan buah berdasarkan tingkat kematangan secara manual belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara tepat, oleh karena itu algoritma dapat digunakan untuk pemilihan buah jeruk siam berdasarkan tingkat kematangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangan jeruk siam Pontianak menggunakan metode k-means clustering. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 120 buah jeruk yang diukur menggunakan refraktometer brix digital menghasilkan rentang kadar 7,6% - 13,4% brix. Data kadar gula dibagi menjadi 3 kelas, yaitu belum matang, tepat matang, dan terlalu matang menggunakan k-means clustering. Metode k-means clustering dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan kematangan buah jeruk siam Pontianak menjadi 3 kelas kematangan.
