Pengaruh Intermediate Level pada Serapan Dua Foton

Telah dilakukan penelitian secara teoritis untuk analisis respon optis pada kuantum titik berupa semiconductor quantum dot (SQD) model three level system (3LS) bertipe tangga. Proses eksitasi yang terjadi adalah serapan dua foton (TPA). Studi ini dilakukan untuk analisis pengaruh intermediate level pada TPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin besar jarak tingkat energi ground state ke intermediate level maka semakin besar pula populasi sistem berada pada excited state. Pada spektrum excited state, semakin besar jarak tingkat energi ground state ke intermediate level maka puncak spektrum akan bergeser ke energi yang lebih besar.
