Analisis Dosis Radiasi dan Pembuatan Kalkulator Risiko Kanker Berbasis Website pada Pemeriksaan CT Scan Thorax

Computed tomography thorax atau CT thorax semakin banyak dilakukan di rumah sakit dalam rangka mendeteksi kelainan paru-paru dan organ pada dada lainnya. Selama scanning, pasien akan menerima dosis tertentu. Estimasi dosis radiasi yang diterima pasien bisa dilihat pada komputer CT Scan berupa nilai Computed Tomography Dose Index (CTDI). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk analisis dosis radiasi dan risiko yang akan diterima pasien pada pemeriksaan CT scan thorax dengan kuat arus dan usia pasien yang berbeda. Selain itu, dilakukannya pembuatan kalkulator risiko kanker pada pemeriksaan CT scan untuk mempermudah operator melakukan evaluasi dan mahasiswa yang ingin melakukan studi besar risiko yang diterima pasien dengan dosis tertentu. Dosis efektif pada pemeriksaan CT scan thorax di RSUD dr. Soedarso berkisar antara 0,85 mSv hingga 5,3 mSv dengan rata-rata 3,15 mSv dan besar risiko kanker berkisar antara 0,004% hingga 0,001%. Semakin besar kuat arus yang diberikan, maka semakin besar dosis radiasi dan risiko yang akan diterima pasien karena kuat arus berpengaruh terhadap kuantitas sinar-X.References
