Rancang Bangun Vending Machine Tisu Basah Berbasis NodeMCU ESP32

Pada survei yang dilakukan oleh Sunarsa dan Darmawijaya (2014) menemukan bahwa hanya 47% toilet umum memenuhi standar pengguna karena bau, kotor, kurangnya sabun, dan tisu. Permintaan akan tisu terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan penduduk, dengan tisu basah menawarkan kelebihan seperti hidrasi yang baik dan bahan antibakteri. Mesin penjual otomatis semakin populer sebagai strategi pemasaran karena kemampuannya untuk beroperasi mandiri, memberikan layanan 24/7, dan efisiensi waktu. Penelitian ini merancang mesin penjual tisu basah menggunakan NodeMCU ESP32 dan konveyor sabuk motor DC. Pembayaran menggunakan RFID, dengan data transaksi disimpan secara lokal dan antarmuka ditampilkan pada LCD TFT ILI9488. Implementasi dilakukan di Laboratorium Instrumentasi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dengan pengujian terbatas meliputi pengujian LCD ILI9488, pembayaran menggunakan RFID, operasi konveyor, dan penyimpanan data transaksi. Meskipun mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 97,5%, terdapat tantangan seperti akurasi operasi konveyor dan kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data transaksi. Kesimpulannya, mesin ini menunjukkan kinerja baik dengan potensi perbaikan melalui integrasi sensor dan pengembangan protokol penyimpanan data untuk meningkatkan keandalan di masa depan.
