Dinamika Populasi Sistem Hybrid Semiconductor Quantum Dot "“ Metal Ellipsoid

Telah dilakukan studi teoretis sistem hybrid semiconductor quantum dot (SQD) yang dimodelkan sebagai two-level system yang digabungkan dengan metal nanoparticle (MNP) berbentuk ellipsoid. Studi ini dilakukan untuk melihat perubahan dinamika populasi jika aspek rasio pada MNP ellipsoid divariasikan. SQD digambarkan secara kuantum dengan formalisme density matrix. MNP digambarkan secara klasik dan dikarakterisasi dari nilai polarisabilitasnya. Dinamika populasi dapat diselesaikan dengan persamaan gerak elemen density matrix melalui bantuan metode Runge-Kutta Fehlberg (RKF 45). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika aspek rasio diperbesar, terjadi penurunan frekuensi osilasi pada dinamika populasi dan osilasi tersebut lebih cepat mecapai steady state.References
