Analisis Pengaruh Kuat Arus dan Tegangan Terhadap Kualitas Citra Computed Tomography (CT) Scan Siemens Perspective di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang

Telah dilakukan analisis pengaruh kuat arus dan tegangan terhadap kualitas citra Computed Tomography (CT) Scan menggunakan phantom Siemens berbentuk silinder dengan metode pengambilan citra secara pemindaian axial. Variasi tegangan tabung yang digunakan adalah 80 kV, 110 kV dan 130 kV, untuk kuat arus 240 mA, 260 mA, 280 mA, 300 mA, 320 mA dan 340 mA dengan waktu pemindaian 1 detik. Setiap metode pemindaian untuk satu tegangan dilakukan dengan enam kali penyinaran. Penyinaran dilakukan pada dua keadaan yaitu pada tegangan tetap, nilai kuat arus yang divariasikan dan untuk variasi tegangan dilakukan pada nilai kuat arus yang tetap, dengan menggunakan ketebalan irisan 8 mm dengan kernel J30s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan tegangan tabung diikuti oleh dan penurunan nilai noise dan kenaikan nilai uniformity . Selain itu, variasi penambahan arus tabung akan menurunkan nilai noise dan menurunkan nilai uniformity. Nilai noise yang paling optimal berada pada tegangan 110 kVp dan 130 kVp, sedangkan nilai uniformity yang paling optimal berada pada tegangan 80 kVp dengan kuat arus 300 mAs dan 340 mAs.References
