White jasmine (Jasminum sambac (L) W.Ait) is a plant that has a high economic value. One of white jasmine propagation efforts is through vegetative propagation by stem cuttings. This research aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of bean sprouts and banana tuber on the growth of white jasmine cuttings. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biology and Green House of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The analysis of soil and bean sprouts and banana tuber LOF was conducted at the Laboratory of Chemistry and Soil Fertility, Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University Pontianak. The analysis of metals was conducted at the National Standardization Agency. The research was conducted from November 2015 to February 2016. This research used a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and three repetitions. The treatments given were comparison of bean sprout LOF: banana tuber (Control, P1 (1:0), P2 (1:1), P3 (2:1), P4 (3:1), P5 (3:2). The results showed that there was a significant of giving bean sprouts and banana tuber LOF with a ratio of 3:2 on the number of leaves and root dry weight, while giving bean sprouts and banana tuber LOF did not significantly affect the root lenght, number of roots, fresh weight, dry weight, root fresh weight and the percentage of live cuttings.Downloads
