Pertumbuhan Cabai Hibrida (Capsicum annuum L.) pada Kombinasi Tanah PMK dengan Kompos Limbah TKKS

Penelitian mengenai pertumbuhan cabai hibrida (Capsicum annuum L.) pada kombinasi tanah podsolik merah kuning (PMK) dengan kompos limbah tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) telah dilakukan pada bulan April 2011 sampai November 2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kompos limbah TKKS yang dihasilkan dan pengaruh pemberian kombinasi tanah PMK dengan kompos limbah TKKS, terhadap pertumbuhan cabai hibrida (Capsicum annuum L.). Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan yang diulang 5 kali. Dilakukan 5 perlakuan dengan kombinasi tanah PMK dan kompos limbah TKKS yaitu 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi 25% tanah PMK dan 75% kompos limbah TKKS mampu menghasilkan rerata jumlah daun 1241,80 helai, rerata jumlah bunga 91,80 kuntum dan rerata jumlah buah 62,20 buah.Downloads
