Heterocera is a sub-order of Lepidoptera which can be used as an environmental indicator, such as at the Belaban Resort, Bukit Baka Bukit Raya National Park. This study aims to determine the members of Heterocera and their composition and abundance based on the environmental baseline at the Belaban Resort, Bukit Baka Bukit Raya National Park. This research was conducted on November 30th-December 9th 2022. The method used was light trap screens placed at each station with observations every 2 hours. The Heterocera members obtained were then identified and analyzed. The number of Heterocera obtained was 72 individuals consisting of 6 families. The most common species were found at station II, and the most frequent encounters were at 20.00-22.00 WIB. The highest Sorensen similarity index of 12.5% is at stations II-III. The diversity index value for species abundance was the highest, namely at station II at 6.66 ind/m2 . The total abundance value from the three stations was the highest, namely 34 ind/m2 at station II. The highest relative abundance value was 19.6% for the Agrioglypta itisalis species. The highest Dominance index value is at station I, which is at 0.135.Downloads
