Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is a type of vegetable that is consumed both in the form of processed vegetables and raw vegetables. Excessive use of synthetic fertilizers can cause damage to the soil, leading to degradation of agricultural land. These crop cultivation efforts can be overcome by applying maggot organic fertilizer to support the preservation of land productivity and maintain the availability of nutrients in the soil. This study aims to determine the effect and concentration of maggot organic fertilizer that gives the best results on the growth of eggplant plants. This study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatment levels, namely P0 = 0 (control); P1 = 40 grams of maggot/1.6 kg of soil; P2 = 60 grams of maggot/1.6 kg of soil; P3 = 80 grams of maggot/1.6 kg of soil; P4 = 100 grams of maggot/1.6 kg of soil. Data were analyzed using Duncan's further test at 95% confidence level. The results showed that the application of maggot organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight. The treatment of maggot organic fertilizer with a concentration of 100 grams/1.6 kg of soil is the best treatment for leaf area parameters (84.82 cm2), total wet weight (3.74 g) and total dry weight (0.35 g).
