Oidium sp. is a pathogenic fungus that can cause powdery mildew disease in plants. Pathogen control using chemical pesticides can have a negative impact on the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of Trichoderma harzianum secondary metabolite (R3) in inhibiting the growth of conidia length of Oidium sp., and to determine the best concentration of Trichoderma harzianum secondary metabolite (R3) in reducing the length of conidia of Oidium sp. The research was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with the concentration of Trichoderma harzianum secondary metabolite (R3) consisting of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60% with five replicates. Data analysis using ANOVA. The results showed that the treatment of Trichoderma harzianum secondary metabolite (R3) had a significant effect on the length of conidia of Oidium sp. Trichoderma harzianum secondary metabolite (R3) was able to reduce the length of conidia at 45% concentration (3,30 µm) and 60% concentration (3,14 µm). The higher the concentration of secondary metabolite Trichoderma harzianum (R3) given, the shorter the conidia length of Oidium sp.
