Fusarium solani is a fungus that is pathogenic so it can cause wilt disease in plants. Trichoderma harzianum fungus is one of the antagonist fungi that has the ability to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi by producing secondary metabolites. The purpose of this study is to determine the best concentration of secondary metabolites Trichoderma harzianum (R3) against the length of the conidia of the fungus Fusarium solani. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with the concentration treatment of secondary metabolites of Trichoderma harzianum (R3) consisting of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60% with five replicates. Analysis of treatment data using ANOVA and Duncan follow-up test at 5%. The results showed that the secondary metabolite Trichoderma harzianum (R3) had a real effect in inhibiting the length of the conidia of the fungus Fusarium solani. The higher the concentration of the secondary metabolite Trichoderma harzianum (R3) given, the more it can reduce the length of the conidia Fusarium solani. The best concentration of the secondary metabolite Trichoderma harzianum (R3) in decreasing the length of conidia was shown at a concentration of 30% which could reduce the length of conidia by 3.51 μm.Downloads
