The UNTAN auditorium area is an educational area with an area of about 7 hectares. The built-up area of this area is dominant in green open spaces (such as parks) with the provision of other supporting facilities with buildings that are dominant in educational and commercial areas with traditional Malay architectural characteristics (following the UNTAN auditorium design)
