Rancang Bangun 3D Scanner Sebagai 3D Metrologi Dengan Metode Fotogrametri Rentang Dekat

Along with the development of technology, the measurement process in industrial metrology can be done by firing a laser beam, using sensors and scanning three-dimensional objects. Scanning three-dimensional objects is very important in the process of product development and analysis in the industrial sector, especially manufacturing because it can provide information in the form of shape, size, surface definition and other features. This study aims to design a three-dimensional object scanner or 3D scanner by utilizing a smartphone camera using the close range photogrammetry method. The design of the 3D scanner is built using 2 axes (tilt angle and rotation angle) using Arduino Uno as a controller of the automatic image capture mechanism. This 3D scanner uses a stepper motor to drive the tilt angle axis and a stepper motor to drive the rotation angle axis. The 3D scanner design process uses Autodesk Fusion 360 software (student license). Some components are 3D printed using Polylactic Acid (PLA) filaments. In this study, the design of the 3D scanner was obtained with the near range photogrammetry method based on Arduino Uno and could scan objects well.References
