Knowing the thermal conductivity of a material will help determine the suitable material for the desired function. However, in reality the available materials aren"™t measured so if the material subjected to material engineering such as heat treatment, needed a method to estimate the thermal conductivity value of the material. Lee"™s disc method is the method that used for measure thermal conductivity values on logam materials. This research aims to anatomize measurement result of coefficient thermal conductivity values of glass also compared it with references used. This study uses study literature methods and experimental methods. The literature method used to anatomize and determine heat transfer reference values for glass materials. While the experimental method is used to create experiments tools and trials to obtain data. From the research, thermal conductivity values of glass obtained is 0,8992 W/m. °C. The result obtained is still in range of reference thermal conductivity of glass 0.7 "“ 1 W/m. °C. However, the value obtained might be different if compared with material that has exact value of thermal conductivity. So, some factor must be overlooked, e.g. the selection of good measuring tool, etc.
