SUPERVISI MODEL KONTEMPORER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MENYUSUN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN

Abstrak Dalam penyusunan instrumen penilaian atau soal sebagaian besar guru SDN 10 Sungai Kakap belum sesuai dengan ketentuan atau kaidah penyusunan soal. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun instrumen penialian atau soal dengan melakukan supervisi model kontemporer. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik Guru SDN 10 Sungai Kakap Dalam menyusun Instrumen Penilaian Tertulis dengan penerapan supervisi Model Kontemporer. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap dengan subjek penelitian yaitu para guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa supervisi Model Kontemporer terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun Instrumen Penilaian Tertulis di SD Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap.
