Abstract

Abstrak - Pengambilan keputusan merupakan kegiatan yang lumrah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu contohnya yaitu pemilihan pelanggan terbaik PD.ISTANA DUTA, dimana perusahaan harus memilih pelanggan terbaik dari beberapa alternatif. Perlunya sistem pendukung keputusan dalam mendukung keputusan perusahaan. Metode TOPSIS yangmerupakan singkatan dari Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution adalah salah satu metode pengambil keputusan dan dapat digunakan dalam permasalahan ini. Metode ini mencari alternatif terbaik yang berjarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif dan berjarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Dengan kriteria tertentu beserta bobot setiap kriteria yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Dari hasil pengujian yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini maka sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun dapat membantu atau mendukung perusahaan dalam memilih pelanggan terbaik.
