RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI SIMPAN PINJAM PADA CREDIT UNION KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM BAHTERA DENGAN FITUR NILAI REKOMENDASI PEMBERIAN PINJAMAN BERBASIS FUZZY

Abstract

Credit Union Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bahtera  adalah lembaga keuangan mikro yang pengerjaannya masih  manual dan konvensional dengan menggunakan kalkulator,  perangkat lunak Microsoft excel dan kerta-kertas. Dalam  pengolahan data pengajuan pinjaman terdapat data-data  yang menghasilkan variabel samar/fuzzy. Maka dari itu  diperlukan sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada koperasi  Bahtera yang dapat membantu proses pengerjaannya. Sistem  informasi simpan pinjam pada Koperasi Bahtera akan  mengolah data simpanan, pinjaman dan angsuran anggota  yang dapat menjadi sebagian nilai untuk pemberian  rekomendasi peminjaman dengan metode  fuzzy  Mamdani.  Dalam sistem ini terbagi menjadi 3 hak akses dengan fungsi-fungsi khusus yang berbeda, yaitu admin, super admin, dan  kredit.  Dari  hasil pengujian dapat didapatkan sistem  informasi simpan pinjam dengan hak akses admin dengan  penilaian 71% responden mengatakan baik dan 29%  responden mengatakan sangat baik, hak akses super admin  dengan penilaian 100% responden mengatakan baik, dan  hak akses kredit dengan 100% responden mengatakan  sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancang  bangun sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada  credit unionkoperasi simpan pinjam Bahtera dengan nilai rekomendasi  pemberian pinjaman berbasis fuzzy ini baik untuk  diimplementasikan.
