Abstract

Abstrak- Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan perangkat Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang dibuat dalam suatu sistem informasi disuatu organisasi, kelompok, sekolah dan perusahaan sangat memberikan dampak baik positif maupun negatif. CV. Mitra Surbakti salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit dan sangat memerlukan sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memasarkan dan mempublikasikan akan keberadaan dari CV. Mitra Surbakti serta yang dapat membantu dalam proses bisnis yang ada pada CV. Mitra Surbakti. Untuk itu dirancang dan dibangunlah suatu sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan ke pihak luar dan sistem informasi pengelolaan data perusahaan sebagai suatu kebutuhan dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional dan proses bisnis yang ada. Sistem ini juga dapat menyimpan data master karyawan dan mitra, mencatat dan merekam transaksi penggajian dan penjualan produk kepada mitra bisnis CV. Mitra Surbakti. Sistem ini mampu memberikan berbagai macam dan bentuk laporan dari kegiatan bisnis pada pihak manajemen untuk mengambil langkah yang tepat dalam rangka memajukan perusahaan.   Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu metode black box dan borang kuesioner. Pengujian black box digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap kinerja sistem dan borang kuesioner digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap kualitas web ini. Dari hasil borang kuesioner menyatakan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang berhasil mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan kebutuhan di perusahaan CV. Mitra Surbakti.
