ANALISIS DAN IMPLEMENTASI VOIP SERVER (STUDI KASUS: CV. SUZUKI DAYA MOTOR)

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan percakapan (berkomunikasi) suara jarak jauh melalui jaringan lokal atau jaringan global (internet). Keamanan komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dan keamanan jaringan VPN (Virtual Private Network) salah satu alternatif untuk melakukan komunikasi yang bersifat private. Performansi kinerja VoIP dengan VPN di sebuah jaringan dapat diukur dengan pengujian QoS (Quality of Service). Parameter QoS seperti jumlah data yang hilang (packet loss), waktu tempuh data (delay), variasi kedatangan data (jitter), kecepatan transfer data (throughput), kualitas data yang diterima (MOS (Mean Opinion Score)), echo cancelation dan PDD (Post Dial Delay). Dari hasil pengujian parameter QoS dan analisis QoS yang dilakukan pada implementasi VoIP dengan VPN di jaringan CV. Suzuki Daya Motor, maka akan diperoleh rata-rata nilai. Pada pengujian QoS menggunakan jaringan internet PT. Telkom di jaringan lokal CV. Suzuki Daya Motor mendapatkan nilai rata-rata packet loss 0%, delay 5.20 ms, jitter 5.20 ms, throughput 629.22 kbps dan MOS 4.03. Kemudian dengan menggunakan paket internet Provider GSM mendapatkan nilai rata-rata packet loss 0%, delay 8.75 ms, jitter 8.74 ms, throughput 614.74 kbps dan MOS 3.3. Dengan rata-rata nilai parameter QoS yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa VoIP dengan VPN dapat diimplementasikan di jaringan CV. Suzuki Daya Motor karena rata-rata nilai parameter QoS tersebut masih dalam kategori direkomendasikan ITU-T.References
