Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Kantor Gubernuryang berlokasi di jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani dalam areaKantor Gubernur, Kalimantan Barat membuka toko danmenyediakan jasa simpan pinjam, namun manajemensistem penjualan pada koperasi masih dilakukan secaramanual, terdapat dua tipe pembayaran yaitu tunai dankredit, pada tipe pembayaran kredit terdapat prosespengecekan data rekening koran pegawai, sedangkanpegawai yang terdata dalam rekening koran hampirmencakup seluruh pegawai negeri kantor gubernur. Padaproses pengecekan barang kadaluarsa dan barang yangstoknya menipis juga dilakukan secara manual sehinggaperlu pengecekan secara rutin agar barang yang akankadaluarsa dapat diketahui, proses retur pada koperasiharus disertakan bukti baik bukti pembelian dan buktipenjualan, sehingga bukti transaksi harus disimpan hinggabarang kadaluarsa atau stok barang habis. Sistem informasimanajemen penjualan berbasis Web dibuat denganmenggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basis dataMySQL, sistem informasi dibuat untuk Koperasi PegawaiNegeri Kantor Gubernur agar memiliki sistem yang dapatmemanajemen penjualan pada pada koperasi. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Sistem InformasiManajemen Penjualan pada Koperasi Pegawai NegeriKantor Gubernur berbasis Web. Dari hasil pengujian yangtelah dilakukan sistem informasi dapat diimplementasikankarna hasil pengujian baik, terlihat pada akses adminmendapat nilai rata-rata 18,8, akses barang mendapat nilairata-rata 16, akses kasir mendapat nilai rata-rata 12 danakses penanggung jawab toko mendapat nilai rata-rata 12sehingga aplikasi dapat diimplementasikan pada koperasipegawai negeri kantor gubernur.
