Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi dimasyarakat terkait dengan lalulintas yang ada di kota Pontianak menyebabkan informasi tentang lokasi masalah lalulintas menjadi sangat penting untuk diketahui oleh masyarakat sebagai pengguna jalan raya. Aplikasi monitoring trafik lalulintas merupakan aplikasi yang menyediakan informasi berdasarkan posisi geografis sebuah foto. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Geografis ini, masyarakat bisa dengan mudah mengetahui titik lokasi permasalahan lalulintas yang terjadi di kota Pontianak. Masyarakat juga bisa memberikan informasi kemacetan dengan cara mengunggah foto melalui aplikasi web yang bisa diakses menggunakan browser ponsel, sehingga para pengguna aplikasi ini dapat saling memberi dan menerima informasi lalulintas yang terjadi di jalan raya. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan fitur kamera ponsel yang melakukan sinergi langsung dengan fitur GPS untuk memberikan informasi tentang kondisi objek dan dikenal dengan istilah geotagging. Foto yang diambil kemudian diunggah melalui aplikasi web dengan mengakses situs yang telah disediakan. Melalui metadata GPS yang terdapat pada foto, Aplikasi ini akan mendapatkan koordinat lokasi foto untuk kemudian ditampilkan kedalam peta. Hasil pengujian kuesioner dengan skala likert"™s summated rating memperoleh skor 2361, menurut interpretasi skala LSR skor tersebut ada di antara kuartil III dan maksimal, aplikasi dinilai berhasil.
