Abstract - PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk,yang saat ini lebih dikenal dengan nama TelkomGroup sedang mengembangkan terobosan barudalam hal inovasi kecepatan akses internet. Telkom Group meluncurkan WiFi.Id Corner yangmenyediakan layanan internet dengan kecepatantinggi hingga 100 Mbps. WiFi.Id Cornermerupakan tempat hangout yang nyaman yangdibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakatuntuk berinternet dengan kecepatan tinggi danberbayar dengan harga yang terjangkau. SistemPendukung Keputusan (Decisions Support System)adalah salah satu metode komputasi yang cukupberkembang saat ini. Banyak metode dalam sistempendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakanuntuk membantu menentukan lokasi pemasanganWiFi.Id Corner Telkom Group ini. Salah satumetode yang bisa digunakan adalah ProfileMatching, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan yangdilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antarakriteria calon lokasi Wifi.Id Corner dengankriteria lokasi Wifi.Id Corner yang ditentukanoleh Telkom Group, sehingga dapat diketahuiperbedaan kompetensinya (disebut juga gap).Sistem yang dirancang merupakan SistemPendukung Keputusan Untuk Menentukan LokasiWifi.Id Corner PT. Telkom dengan ProfileMatching (Studi Kasus : Divisi WirelessBroadband Telkom Kalimantan Barat) yangbertujuan untuk membantu kinerja pengambilkeputusan yaitu PT. Telkom dalam menentukanlokasi mana yang lebih diprioritaskan lokasiWifi.Id Corner. Sistem ini dibangun berbasisdesktop.
