Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis properti pada saatini mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat,sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya dirasa perlu adanyasebuah alat bantu yang dapat meningkatkan kinerjadalam mengolah data bisnis properti. Pengolahan datadapat dilakukan secara digital sehingga data propertidan data pelanggan menjadi terstruktur dansistematis. Aplikasi SIG dapat digunakan untukberbagai kepentingan selama data yang diolahmemiliki referensi geografis, maksudnya data tersebutterdiri dari fenomena atau objek yang dapat disajikandalam bentuk fisik serta memiliki lokasi keruangan.Saat ini, SIG dijadikan sebagai alat yang digunakanuntuk pemetaan dan analisis terhadap banyakaktivitas di permukaan bumi. Salah satu aktivitas yangdapat direpresentasikan dengan SIG adalah pemetaanbangunan dan lahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmerancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi databaseproperti menggunakan OpenStreetMap Indonesiaberbasis Android. Hasil dari Penelitian yang dilakukanAplikasi dapat menunjukan posisi saat ini penggunapada peta openstreetmap. Pengguna dapat memasukandata bangunan, tanah, prospek,pemilik ke dalamdatabase. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukanbahwa aplikasi dapat mengambil koordinat lokasitanah dan bangunan. Hasil input data kordinat dapatditampilkan pada peta.
