Abstrak-- Pembangunan segala jenis infrastruktur bagi masyarakat tidak terlepas dari kegiatan proyek. Dalam setiap pembangunan infrastruktur oleh pemerintah selalu melibatkan perusahaan yang menjadi pelaksana kegiatan pembangunan tersebut yang biasa disebut kontraktor. Perusahaan kontraktor bertanggung jawab penuh atas setiap poin pekerjaan pada kontrak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan manajemen yang baik bagi kontraktor agar kontrak dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Manajemen yang perlu dilakukan selain menajemen kerja yang terjadi dilapangan adalah manajemen data yang perlu dilaporkan kepada pimpinan perusahaan agar pekerjaan yang dilakukan dapat terhindar dari kerugian dan dapat menjadi dasar bagi keputusan bisnis yang akan diambil. CV. Trengganu Sukses Melawi sebagai salah satu perusahaan jasa konstruksi berupaya meningkatkan manajemen proyek yang lebih baik. Sebuah sistem informasi proyek dapat menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif untuk memberikan manajemen data proyek yang lebih baik. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sistem informasi proyek tersebut bekerja secara online sehingga proses aliran data laporan progres pekerjaan dapat menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat memberikan pengolahan data proyek yang lebih pada CV. Trengganu Sukses Melawi.
