Rancang Bangun Layanan Jemput Darah Berbasis Android

Kebutuhan akan darah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini terus meningkat, menurut WHO (World Health Organization) idealnya ketersedian darah adalah 2% dari jumlah penduduk, yang berarti untuk Indonesia saat ini memerlukan 4,6 juta kantong darah, namun Palang Merah Indonesia hanya mendapatkan kurang dari 0,5% darah. Untuk menenuhi kekurangan stok darah, saat ini Palang Merah Indonesia sudah melakukan donor darah massal dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya mendonor darah. Namun upaya tersebut ternyata belum bisa menutupi kurangnya ketersediaan darah. Ada pula faktor jarak antara Unit Tranfusi Darah yang jauh dari tempat tinggal pendonor, sehingga pendonor tidak dapat mendonorkan darah. Pada penelitian ini dibuat aplikasi berbasis android, yang dapat membantu pendonor untuk mendonorkan darahnya di kelurahan tempat tinggal dengan cara meminta jemput. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan notifikasi ke pengguna yang berkelurahan sama, sehingga dapat ikut serta mendonorkan darah. Dengan fitur notifikasi ini juga PMI dapat mengirim pesan ke semua pengguna, jika Palang Merah Indonesia mengadakan kegiatan donor darah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini sudah berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat mobile Android, mulai dari Android versi 5.0 (Lollipop) hingga Android versi 6.0.1 (Marsmallow). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert"™s Summated Rating (LSR) diperoleh nilai total 1757 yang berarti aplikasi ini diimplementasikan dengan sangat baik.
