Case Base Reasoning Penentuan Harga Rumah dengan Menggunakan Metode Tversky (Studi Kasus: Kota Pontianak)

Rumah merupakan suatu tempat yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Menentukan harga rumah bisa dengan cara melihat harga pasaran rumah. Mencari tahu harga pasaran rumah diperlukan usaha. Salah satunya bisa dengan cara bertanya kepada beberapa tetangga untuk mendapatkan informasi harga pasaran rumah. Informasi harga pasaran rumah dari tetangga ini belum begitu akurat, karena pasaran rumah hanya sebatas lokasi saja. Sedangkan harga rumah tidak hanya bergantung pada lokasi rumah saja.Sistem dengan implementasi Case Base Reasoning metode tversky mampu memberikan informasi harga rumah yang ada di Pontianak berdasarkan kasus-kasus harga rumah yang sudah terjadi sebelumnya. Dengan adanya sistem Case Base Reasoning ini tentu akan mempermudah penjual rumah untuk menentukan harga rumah yang akan dijualnya. Proses penalaran berbasis kasus melalui 4 tahap yaitu Retrieve (penulusuran kasus), Reuse (menggunakan solusi yang sama di basis kasus), Revise (merevisi solusi yang diusulkan), dan Retain (penyimpanan kasus). Perhitungan similaritas kasus dilakukan dengan metode tversky Apabila nilai similaritas=1 maka kasus baru tidak tersimpan ke dalam basis kasus, namun jika nilai similaritas<1 maka kasus baru dapat disimpan ke dalam basis kasus. Pengujian dengan metode tversky terhadap 10 kasus baru mempunyai nilai keakurasian sebesar 70%.References
