Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah sebuah bangunan usaha yang berskala kecil. Umumnya, ia dimiliki oleh perseorangan maupun kelompok. Sektor Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) punya peran penting dalam menopang ekonomi Indonesia. Namun disayangkan, begitu banyak hambatan yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan UKM tersebut. Persoalan, seperti permodalan dan pemasaran produk menjadi keluhan utama para pelaku UKM. Terkait pemasaran, hambatan utama adalah mengenai teknologi dan khususnya pemasaran melalui internet. Alat perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Pengujian penelitian menggunakan metode BlackBox dan tanggapan dari responden berupa kuisioner. Lembar kuisioner digunakan untuk menentukan hasil pengujian berdasarkan beberapa aspek. Hasil pengujian Blackbox pada website menunjukkan bahwa proses masukan dan keluaran yang dilakukan berjalan dengan semestinya dan pengujian Likert"™s Summated Rating (LSR) sebesar 428 yang berada pada range sangat positif dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa website cukup layak digunakan dan diimplementasikan.
