Abstract

Air bersih merupakan elemen penting dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, baik itu untuk memasak, mandi, mencuci dan banyak lagi kegunaan air untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. air bersih tanpa pengolahan terlebih dahulu saat ini sulit ditemukan, apalagi diperkotaan, hampir semua air permukaan sudah terkontaminasi dengan limbah industri maupun limbah rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan informasi penanganan masalah air kepada masyarakat. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan pendekatan terstruktur yang menggunakan beberapa alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan, seperti diagram arus data, perancangan basis data dan perancangan struktur antarmuka sistem. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox dan Kuesioner. Hasil pengujian Blackbox pada sistem informasi menunjukkan bahwa proses masukan dan keluaran yang dilakukan berjalan dengan semestinya dan hasil pengujian menggunakan Likert"™s Summated Rating (LSR) mengenai tanggapan dari responden terhadap sistem informasi sebesar 417 dari total skor tertinggi 500 dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini cukup layak digunakan dan diimplementasikan.
