Abstract

Over time, the film industry and its
technology is increasing.It encourages human
curiosity to develop ways of doing their work so that
processing can produce more interesting
entertainment. As one way to do is to do image
processing. One of Image processing method is
anaglyph movie that is movie form that looks more
raised so that it looks like in 3D. However, because
each people has a different point of view, sometimes
the eyes have to work hard to get a clear picture so
that sometimes they had a headache and dizziness.
to reduce this negative cause then designed an
Anaglyph converter application to measure the
average people's eyes ability to capture anaglyph
effect with good. this application will reconstruct
the 3D video from 2D video using Chromatic
anaglyphic method. This is the simplest method for
making the 3D image. this application works by
outlining a video into frames. Then those frame will
be processing by the application. Result from this
processing is a complete anaglyph video with the
shift distance can be re-adjusted by the user. The
test results showed that the average human eye can
capture anaglyph effect with well at a distance shift
46,76 pixel with 12 inc screen view and 1 M length.
45,96 pixel with 12 inc screen view and 2 M length.
46,32 pixel with 14 inc screen view and 1 M length
and 46,48 pixel with 14 inc screen view and 2 M
length.
