Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pemimpin Organisasi Menggunakan Metode SAW Dan TOPSIS

Kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Pemimpin mengarahkan tugas atau kewajiban anggotanya dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Selain kepemimpinan, kepuasan anggota yang lain terhadap pemimpin organisasi merupakan hal yang harus dicapai untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Keberhasilan pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dan kepuasan dari anggota yang lain. Sistem Pendukung Kepuusan adalah solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang bersifat perankingan/pengurutan berdasarkan nilai. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ini penulis menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan metode TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution). Hasil akhir dari sistem ini adalah menentukan alternatif terbaik dari anggota organisasi yang layak dipilih sebagai pemimpin berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan.
