Evaluasi Usability Aplikasi Game "Among Us"

Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda seluruh penjuru dunia menyebabkan semua orang menghabiskan waktu lebih banyak di rumah dengan bermain game. Salah satu game yang menjadi sangat populer selama masa karantina khususnya di kalangan anak muda adalah Among Us. Game ini dianggap mampu menggantikan bentuk sosialisasi dengan teman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi apakah aplikasi mobile dari Among Us sudah sesuai dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebanyak dua puluh partisipan mengikuti eksperimen usability dengan metode kuesioner system usability scale (SUS). Terdapat 4 desain dari interface yang berupa 1 interface dari aplikasi original dan 3 modifikasi diujikan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi original sudah sesuai dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna, namun modifikasi dari aplikasi memberikan nilai SUS rata-rata yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan label pada icon dan membesarkan ukuran tulisan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi.
