Perancangan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian pada Universitas XYZ

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi, Universitas XYZ belum memiliki sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian sehingga dalam pengelolaan data kepegawaian masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian ini berfungsi untuk melakukan pengelolaan data pegawai, rekrutmen pegawai, pembinaan dan pengembangan pegawai, pelatihan pegawai, studi lanjut pegawai, mutasi pegawai, promosi pegawai, penggajian pegawai dan pensiun pegawai. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Bussines Process Model Notation (BPMN) dalam melakukan pemodelan flow proses bisnis dan menggunakan metode Unified Model Language (UML) dalam melalukan pemodelan use case diagram. Pada perancangan arsitektur sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian pada Universitas XYZ menghasilkan menghasilkan flow proses bisnis dan pemodelan use case diagram yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pembangunan sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian pada Universitas XYZ kedepannya.
