PERANCANGAN PORTAL DIGITAL DAN MIRROR SYSTEM FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA
Abstract
Abstract - The information portal is one of the media in generating information to people around the world. This the information portal is also implemented in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tanjungpura in order to fulfill the information needs of its academic community. Various types of information systems that owned by the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tanjungpura become a reason why this portal is very necessary as a campus information center. The media that used to inform the information would be better if it provides two-way communication facilities so that the result of the information is not only of by the managers but also of the public, especially the academic community of the Faculty of Engineering, University Tanjungpura. Email is one of the two-way communication media and this feature can also be applied in the information portal designed for web-based similarity. The amount of resources that required the information needs to be maintained, it is becoming a basic necessity of a mirror system that can be used to anticipate interference with the resources so that the information can still be used even if resources are experiencing interference.
