Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Konseling Online Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Merly"™s Consulting)

Indonesia membutuhkan layanan kesehatan mental yang mampu menjangkau masyarakat luas dengan struktur geografis pulau dan jumlah penduduk yang banyak dan menyebar. Jumlah sumber daya tenaga kesehatan mental masih sangat sedikit apabila dibandingkan dengan jumlah penduduk Indonesia secara keseluruhan. Kebutuhan tersebut menjadi semakin mendesak karena adanya wabah coronavirus. Kebijakan untuk tetap di rumah dan melakukan pembatasan fisik berakibat mengalami stress, bingung, bosan, dan khawatir. Selain itu, banyak penyedia layanan kesehatan mental juga terkena dampak karena adanya coronavirus, hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan jumlah kedatangan pasien sehingga pendapatan menurun. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, klinik Merly"™s Consulting ingin membuat layanan konseling berbasis online sebagai upaya digitalisasi klinik untuk mempermudah dalam manajemen data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scrum, teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi literatur, wawancara, dan obervasi, serta menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) dan menggunakan MYSQL sebagai database. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi konseling online ini berfungsi dengan baik, mudah dioperasikan, serta responsif ketika dilakukan pengisian yang tidak sesuai, sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik di browser. Sistem dapat menjawab permasalahan yang ada serta layak dijalankan di klinik Merly's Consulting.
