Aplikasi Pemberkasan Administrasi Untuk Sidang Terbuka Mahasiswa di Jurusan Informatika Universitas Tanjungpura

Proses skripsi di Jurusan Informatika Universitas Tanjungpura saat ini menggunakan aplikasi SPOTA (Sistem Pendukung Outline Tugas Akhir) yang berbasis web dimana terjadinya proses penentuan kelayakan usulan topik skripsi mahasiswa. Saat usulan topik skripsi diterima maka dilanjutkan ke tahapan seminar, dimana mahasiswa melakukan pemberkasan administrasi secara fisik. Namun sejak terjadi pandemi Covid-19, pemberkasan administrasi dilakukan secara digital dengan memanfaatkan layanan Google Drive. Permasalahan terjadi pada berkas digital yang diunggah mahasiswa ke folder milik Staff Bagian Administrasi, kepemilikan berkas tetap pada mahasiswa sehingga dapat dihapus olehnya. Staff Bagian Administrasi menyalin dan memindahkan berkas ke folder khusus pada Drive sehingga tidak bisa dihapus oleh mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk menangani pemberkasan dan persetujuan berkas dengan memanfaatkan layanan Google Drive API menggunakan akun resmi Staff Bagian Administrasi. Dengan demikian berkas yang diunggah mahasiswa akan menjadi kepemilikan Staff Bagian Administrasi. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah memudahkan proses pemberkasan, persetujuan berkas pengajuan sidang menggunakan aplikasi. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode Black Box pada fungsi utama yaitu proses upload berkas, dan persetujuan berkas,. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan fungsi utama berjalan dengan baik.
