Analisis Kepuasan Pada Website Pemesanan Makeup Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale dan PIECES Framework

Perkembangan teknologi informasi terus semakin berkembang, hal ini menjadi suatu peluang yang dapat kita manfaatkan. Pada metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan PIECES Framework merupakan metode yang dipakai untuk menentukan tingkat nilai kepuasan para pengguna website pemesanan makeup. Dengan diketahuinya sebuah nilai kepuasan pada website memberikan penilaian kelayakan pada aplikasi yang digunakan agar mampu berjalan dengan baik. Hasil dari Metode SUS memberikan skor nilai yaitu 87 termasuk pada kategori excellent dengan grade A, pada metode Pieces memberikan skor nilai yaitu 3,52 dengan kategori puas/ grade B dari kedua hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan kepuasan pengguna website pemesanan makeup dinyatakan puas dan baik selain itu penggujian by system memberikan skor nilai yaitu 89 pada penggujian kecepatan database, script code dan user interface dengan hasil yang dinyatakan baik.
