Persepsi Dosen Pascasarjana Universitas Swasta terhadap ChatGPT dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembalajaran

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dosen pascasarjana tentang penggunaan ChatGPT dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Masalah penelitian berfokus pada pemahaman bagaimana dosen pascasarjana memandang efektivitas dan keterbatasan teknologi ChatGPT.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.ChatGPT sebagai solusi yang efektif untuk membuat materi ajar atau dapat digunakan sebagai bahan konfirmasi awal. ChatGPT bisa meningkat mutu pembelajaran jika dilengkapi dengan daya kritis dan profesionalitas. Sedang yang skeptis terhadap penggunaan ChatGPT dalam dunia pendidikan. Mereka mengkhawatirkan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh ChatGPT bisa menghilangkan humanisme dan bisa berpotensi mematikan daya kritis dosen dan mahasiswa. penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT yang efektif untuk kualitas pembelajaran mencakup menjaga pola pikir kritis, memverifikasi informasi dari sumber terpercaya, menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas, mendorong keterlibatan siswa, dan terus mengevaluasi kinerja dari ChatGPT akan memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi ChatGPT untuk menjaga mutu pembelajaran.
