Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong semua aspek kegiatan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi guna meningkatkan efektivitas. Salah satu contohnya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelaksanaan seminar. Saat ini, masih banyak seminar yang diselenggarakan secara konvensional mulai dari pengumuman acara, pendaftaran peserta, hingga proses pelaksanaan acara itu sendiri. Melihat permasalahan ini, peneliti mengambil inisiatif untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi seminar yang akan digunakan oleh calon peserta dan panitia penyelenggara kegiatan seminar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dalam mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan seminar. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan untuk membantu berbagai aspek kegiatan, termasuk memberikan informasi kepada peserta, menjadi sarana untuk mengelola materi, absensi, informasi kegiatan, dan sertifikat seminar. Dalam pengembangannya, digunakan framework Laravel yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang responsif dan mudah dikelola.
