Work experience is importantthing for someone to do a job with better result.The company trust toward him or her willincrease. For students or graduated students,compability of work experience and study makemore impact in their quality which they canimplement their knowledge into real world. Thisresearch aim to design and build a job sharingsystem that connects students or graduated oneswith the common people and get workexperience based on their skill and interest inprofessional work environment. Each ofTechnique for Order of Preference by Similarityto Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and WeightedArithmetic Mean are implemented in team buildand tracking progress of a work process insystem. Black Box method is used in systemtesting with sample testing technique that releasethe test result. The test result will be analyzed.Based on the test result, the average ofresponders note that this system is very neededby percentage of 65,6%.References
