Abstract

Proses reservasi yang mencakup identifikasi reservasi, penanganan pembayaran, dan penyediaan informasi yang ketika dalam pengelolaannya menyulitkan maka akan menimbulkan permasalahan dari berbagai aspek seperti aspek identifikasi reservasi yang sulit karena masih berlangsung secara manual, penanganan pembayaran yang masih bersifat terpisah, ataupun penyediaan informasi yang masih terbatas. Oleh karenanya, dalam penelitian ini dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi reservasi online penyedia makan minum berbasis Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang bertujuan membantu pengelolaan reservasi yang mencakup identifikasi reservasi, penanganan pembayaran, dan penyediaan informasi. Aplikasi sebagai marketplace yang menghubungkan antara penyedia jasa sebagai penjual dan konsumen sebagai pembeli yang memungkinkan transaksi layaknya sebuah pasar. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang setiap iterasinya direkam menggunakan Prototype Evaluation Form (PEF), diuji menggunakan metode blackbox dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Setelah melalui serangkaian uji blackbox, aplikasi berhasil menunjukkan konsistensi dalam menjalankan fungsi sesuai dengan perancangan awal. Dalam uji coba UAT, penilaian dari pemilik, penyedia jasa, dan pelanggan mendapat nilai akhir sebesar 84% yang mengindikasikan keberhasilan pencapaian dalam kriteria penilaian yang telah ditetapkan.
