Abstract

Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang memiliki tugas untuk melaksanakan pengembangan, pembinaan, dan perlindungan di bidang bahasa dan sastra. Salah satu kegiatan yang Badan Bahasa lakukan adalah melakukan pengukuran daya hidup bahasa daerah yang ada di Indonesia. Pengukuran ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui status suatu bahasa, dari kategori punah hingga aman. Saat ini hasil pengukuran hanya dibagipakaikan di lingkungan internal Badan Bahasa. Saat ini terdapat kebutuhan oleh Badan Bahasa untuk menyebarkan hasil pengukuran ke masyarakat umum melalui situs web. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah solusi yaitu membangun sistem informasi diseminasi daya hidup bahasa daerah di Indonesia berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyebarkan hasil pengukuran daya hidup bahasa daerah oleh Badan Bahasa. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model prototipe dan dievaluasi dengan black box testing, responsive testing, performance testing, dan uji usability dengan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web yang dibangun telah berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan Badan Bahasa dalam menyebarluaskan informasi daya hidup bahasa daerah. Pengujian black box, pengujian performa, pengujian responsivitas, dan pengujian kegunaan dengan SUS menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki kinerja yang baik, responsif di berbagai perangkat, dan mudah digunakan.
